Take the first step towards recovery
Book Your Initial Consultation with a Trauma Specialist
Every treatment journey at Khiron Clinics begins with an Initial Consultation.
It’s a one-hour conversation with a senior trauma clinician, designed to understand what you’re experiencing, your history, what’s brought you to this point and what support may be most appropriate for you.
You don’t need to know which treatment you need. That’s part of what we’re here to help you understand.

A conversation about you, not just your symptoms
By the time people come to Khiron, they have often been struggling for a long time.
You may have had therapy before. You may have a diagnosis, or several. You may have tried different treatments without finding the change you hoped for. Or perhaps you’ve reached a point where you know something needs to change.
We start by listening.
Your Initial Consultation gives us the time to understand the bigger picture, not simply the symptoms you’re experiencing today, but your history, previous treatment, relationships, circumstances and the experiences that may have shaped how you’re feeling.
From there, we can begin to understand what you need and whether Khiron is the right place to provide it.
What happens during an Initial Consultation?

We Listen
Share your story with a senior trauma clinician. We’ll listen to what’s happening now, what you’ve been through and any support you’ve already tried. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong. This is your opportunity to be heard.

We Look at the
Whole Picture
Trauma affects everyone differently. We’ll consider your symptoms alongside your history, relationships, nervous system, previous treatment and the experiences that may be shaping how you feel today.

We Recommend a
Way Forward
Based on what we learn about you, we’ll recommend the next step. If Khiron is right for you, we’ll explain which treatment pathway may best meet your needs. If another route is more appropriate, we’ll tell you.
