Khiron Online Day Clinic

Specialist Trauma Treatment, From Anywhere

Our Online Day Clinic gives you access to the same specialist trauma treatment offered in our London Day Clinic, without the need to travel. This allows you to receive intensive support while staying in your own environment, remaining close to work, family, and daily responsibilities.

It is ideal for people who want more than weekly therapy yet are not able to attend residential treatment or commit to traveling to London each day.

Who Is the Online Day Clinic For?

Many of our patients come to us after previous treatments have not addressed the impact of traumatic events, or when standard psychological therapies alone have not been enough.
  • Are living with the ongoing effects of trauma
that is affecting every part of life
  • Feel their quality of life is being severely impacted by symptoms they can no longer ignore
  • Know that weekly therapy sessions are not enough to bring lasting relief
  • Cannot step away from work or family responsibilities to enter a residential program
  • Feel trapped in cycles of disconnection, overwhelm, or emotional pain despite previous support
  • Want to involve their family in the healing process, whether that means learning to manage trauma together, gaining support from loved ones, or working through difficult relational patterns with guidance

If you’re ready for specialist trauma treatment online that fits into your life, our Online Day Clinic could be the perfect place for you.

What Our Clients Have to Say

“The trauma focused approach has helped me understand myself better than any formal psychiatric diagnosis or any specialist NHS therapy I've ever received.“ - Victoria

What to Expect at the Day Clinic

A group of people sitting in a circle on chairs, seen from above, with their hands folded or resting on their laps, suggesting a meeting or support group discussing topics like What is Trauma.

Our Online Day Clinic runs two days per week on Mondays and Wednesdays. The structure mirrors our in person program, adapted for safe and effective online work. Across each treatment day you will take part in:

  • Movement Groups: Yoga, mindful stretching, and breathing practices that restore body awareness and calm the nervous system
  • Process Groups: Guided by the ‘Talking Boundaries’ model, providing a safe space for honest sharing and relational healing
  • Psychoeducational Lectures: Understanding trauma, the nervous system, and practical coping strategies
  • Creative Groups: Art, music, and writing to process emotions in non-verbal, expressive ways

Each week, patients can expect sessions that combine proven techniques with ongoing support. The rhythm of the day helps stabilise the nervous system, build healthier patterns of connection, and support deeper trauma processing in a safe and paced way.
